Hi dolls, today am going to tell you guys about one of my Style Icons which i Idolize. her name is Kelly Osbourne. 
Kelly Michelle Lee Osbourne (born 27 October 1984) is an English media personality, television personality, host, fashion designer, singer and actress, best known for being the daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. She was thrust into the limelight after appearing on the reality series The Osbournes with her family, for which they won a 2002 Emmy Award for Outstanding Reality Programme. She has also appeared on Dancing with the Stars,in which she and professional dance partner Louis van Amstel took third place, and has made forays into music, acting, theater, writing, columnist and broadcast presenting.

Now we all know how Kelly was A HOT MESS, in her tweens, but then slowly but surely blossomed and evolved into this Beautiful Swan. since then she is concurring the fashion world with her outstanding fashion sence.

i absolutely love her versatile style and her gorgeous Britain outtake on fashion.

Ode to my Country pt.1

Some call it an Island, many don’t even know about it, but I call it home. I am from afro-Caribbean descent, and Curaçao is what I call home, it’s a small island in the Caribbean, a small dot on the globe. My island is very beautiful very green and very brown, the people that live here are open hearted and we call them Yui’Korsou. My home is a melting pot, different cultures wherever you turn, we are hot headed, feisty and creative, we wear our hearts on our sleeves and like every other Caribbean country we love to eat. We are small in kilometers but big at heart, we express our creativity in many different ways. We are art lovers, fashion addicts and masters chefs in our own cuisine. We have Rugged desert coastlines and beautiful bleu colored waters, everywhere you turn you can find Children learning, and laughing

Teens pursuing their passion in dance acting singing or poetry. The days here are breezy and sunny, we are blessed with artist poets and comedians, and for us there’s no such thing as language barrier, and we speak all of them.  But not everything is always turned sunny side up, my country has had its ups and downs, political battles are part of our culture, and crimes are committed here as well. It’s the land of the rich, and the land of the poor.  We love to love and we love to hate, criticism comes hand in hand with the aspects of our culture. But that’s my Curaçao a bit of paradise not far away a poet I am not, but for Curaçao I will give it a shot. It’s not perfect and all is not swell, but no matter how far I travel, no matter the people I meet. Am proud to say that I will forever be a southern carribean belle.

My Curaçao is palette of vibrant colors, and just 2 show you it’s true, here are all my island treasures.

Manicure Monday *blogger spotlight*

Hi dolls, am back wishing you all a very blessed week and hope you all enjoyed your Easter Holidays with family and friends. today is Monday and as you all know its customary for me to do Manicure Mondays. i know i skipped last week i just didn't like the pictures and i was too busy to re-take them , and i rather not post anything at all then to post content of weak altitude.

i had my nails done today by a nail artist, who is also a friend. and ill be introducing her to you all today.

A little about yourself: Well I’m now a student at the University of Curaçao. I’m am majoring in Engineering. Like every other human being I have allot of dreams and I am working on them day by day.

I love going out and and spending time with family and friends. Going clubbing isn't really my thing but going to The Cinemas or the beach. I  wouldn’t say no to that.

Something else I love doing is decorating. So I’m very crafty and love using my fantasy.

Describe your personal style:  Calm but yet Daring and Loud !

Why did u start doing nail art : Well I don’t really have a reason. I was just bored one day and started painting my nails. The one colored nails seemed too plain for me so I did a little design and that’s how I kept doing it every time I did my nails.

When did you start doing nail art: Officially I would have to say in October/ November 2010

Is there something else you enjoy doing: I love dancing. Since I was 10 I knew dancing was going to be my passion.

April's Fashion Finds

Hi dolls, i went shopping today. i decided to treat myself to a few items that wur on my wish list for a while ,but i was hesitant and unsure about them. finally i got the money and i decided to take the chance and go for it. 

i visited the MAC cosmetics store and the Front Row boutique. i had wanted to buy a couple more items but , yea i decided not to because i didn't want to splurge all too much . ill get those at the end of this month.

so these are the goodies that i bought at the MAC store, it was my 3rd time visiting the mac store. the first 2 times i went to look around and get comfortable with the area and ask for information and this time i decided to purchase. its my first but definitively not last shopping trip to the mac store. what i got wur the studio fix fluid select SPF 15 foundation, and the studio fix powder plus foundation. am in the shade NW50.

then i decided to visit the Front Row boutique where i found , lots of cute stuff, but i have always wanted a pair of pastel jeans and FINNALLYY I GOT THEM . am soo exited, to wear them and they are suppper soft. i will be returning to the Front Row to purchase a couple of items i couldn't get this time around.

Dont you just LOVE them?

the last thing i purchased was at a drugstore which is the Revlon Fuchsia fusion lipstick, which is supposed to be a Dupe for MAC's Girl About Town. i am a very cautious type of person , and i always like to try things out before i buy them especially if there of a more expensive taste. i am really in love with the Mac Girl About town but i decided to give the Revlon lipstick a try first to see if i truly like it , and i have to say they are very similar.

that was all dolls, i will be doing a review about the beauty items, after i feel ive used them long enough to the extent of having a consistent opinion about them.

Gotta have it Make it stop pt.2

Hi dolls, am glad to see you liked my first post of Gotta have it Make it stop. today am going to talk about SNAKESKIN print. i myself for one am not a lover of this fashion trend , but its very in for this spring and summer . there isn't a particular reason for why i don't like this trend, its just not of my taste. but i do have to say that some people can pull this off very well. 

Snakeskin print 

now the rule of minimalism counts for this trend just like for  the leopard print trend . wearing to much of this isn't flattering and accesorizing is key. its very important as well to look at what TYPE of fabric u get ure snakeskin dress blouse or jacket in. for my liking a soft flowy fabric such as cotton or chiffon , will do this trend far more justice then a thicker kind of fabric.

Recommendation

just like the leopard print my recommendation would be to minimalize , and accessorize wear this trend in Little pieces, that make your outfit pop and stand out. here are a couple of ways i'd wear this trend.

Make It Stop

it breaks my heart to see just random people or celebrities do this the wrong way ,this is most definitely one of those trends that can go way to wrong, way to fast. and its not a pretty look , please Make it Stop !
