Gotta have it Make it stop pt.2

Hi dolls, am glad to see you liked my first post of Gotta have it Make it stop. today am going to talk about SNAKESKIN print. i myself for one am not a lover of this fashion trend , but its very in for this spring and summer . there isn't a particular reason for why i don't like this trend, its just not of my taste. but i do have to say that some people can pull this off very well. 

Snakeskin print 

now the rule of minimalism counts for this trend just like for  the leopard print trend . wearing to much of this isn't flattering and accesorizing is key. its very important as well to look at what TYPE of fabric u get ure snakeskin dress blouse or jacket in. for my liking a soft flowy fabric such as cotton or chiffon , will do this trend far more justice then a thicker kind of fabric.

Gotta Have It

Recommendation

just like the leopard print my recommendation would be to minimalize , and accessorize wear this trend in Little pieces, that make your outfit pop and stand out. here are a couple of ways i'd wear this trend.

Make It Stop

it breaks my heart to see just random people or celebrities do this the wrong way ,this is most definitely one of those trends that can go way to wrong, way to fast. and its not a pretty look , please Make it Stop !

Gotta have it Make it stop pt. 1

Hi dolls, have u ever had that love /hate relationship with a fashion trend ? 

  I do all the time , i absolutely love a certain trend but then somebody comes around and does it ALL WRONG. and i just get the feeling i want to run over and just burn their clothes? LOL. 

so this is what my post is about . go to have it trends and make it stop trends. this is number 1 of the 4 parts that i will be posting , and i hope you all enjoy it. please do comment if you have the similar feeling , or if u totally disagree with me. so here it goes 

Leopard print 

leopard print has been very in for about 2 years now, honestly i feel that its a timeless clothing item that can be worn at every occasion , when accessorized best. 
its a key item  in every woman's closet and its and effortless chic and trendy item.
ALTHOUGH leopard print is beautiful and sassy. wearing to much of it or matching it the wrong way can make you go from CLASSY to TRASHY in less then 1 minute.


GOTTA HAVE IT 

Recommendation

id recommend matching leopard print, with black white hot pink or red. it makes for a great stand out accessory like , a clutch bag, heels, bracelets, jackets,and more .

Make it stop 

it kills me when i see just random people, or even celebrities rocking this fabulous trend the awfullest wrong way. they do this fashion trend no justice. and its just an insult to fashion lovers everywhere. please celebrities MAKE IT STOP , what are your stylist for? LOL

Top Extravaganza

Hi Beautiful people, i hope you all are having a Blessed week so far. i just wanted to say HI to my new readers and How do you do to my oldies. as u all may know i am a sewer and a self proclaimed designer in-the-making. am currently attending a two year sewing course. given by the beautiful and talented Judeska Carlo , owner of the line Franca Benedicta. 

but enough name calling chek her FB out here lets get back to the topic, which is Top extravaganza. 

in this new season of my sewing class we have the assignment to make a extravagant top , using no more then 25 guilders which is equivalent to more or Les 13 15 us dollars i believe. WOW THAT'S CRAY ! u might say but yea i thought the same way 2. so whats a top a top is a garment with no sleeves. 

we had to design 2 tops and then mesh those to tops together so that they become one design.  it has to be extravagant so that means very high fashion and OUT there. but how am i supposed to do that with no more then 25 guilders. That's the challenge .

am totally in love with this assignment and i cant wait to see what i make out of it . here are my two designs, and a sneak peek of the fabric i am going to use.

Undefined

Undefined, is a mini fashion series project i am currently working on with a couple of friends.whats it gonna be about ? u might say. Undefined is going to be a little YouTube and blog fashion series, where i broadcast and share with you, my fashion inspirations.

if i had to categorize my style in a word it would be Undefined, why ? because my style and fashion sense is something that varies everyday. i don't chain myself to a specific type or style because i am very open minded about what fashion and style really symbolizes. fashion is something personal , and everybody has their own taste and liking. i don't follow trends id rather think of myself as a trend setter. my style is undefined because there are no words to describe it. fashion to me is what feels good, what what inspires and uplifts me.

and that's exactly what this mini series is going to be about. the people in my life and my surroundings that inspire me and lift my spirit and creative sense. these are people that don't follow trends but make their own fashion rules. and people that don't waste there life hiding , but showing their true self confidence. through there fashion sense.

i have a couple of people in mind and am sure that this is going to be a very fun experience. i hope you all can experience and learn along side with me.

pastel love

HI guys i hope your enjoying this Monday, today am gonna share my latest trend love with you , which  is pastel pants and denim. i am soo totally in luuv with this spring summer trend, is so feminine and sweet and soft. and u can play with different colors shades and style. celebrities are rocking this look to the max , like Princess Kate , Rihanna,and many others.i love how Kate pairs hers she has such a great fashion sense and style. i currently don't own a pair but am definitely on the look out. for the perfect pair of pastel pants.i have done some pairings on myself as well for you guys, so you can see how i would wear mine. how would you wear yours?

Re-decorating my room

I have always loved, interior design and decorating. i think its very exiting and relaxing for my 24/7 on the job creative mind. my room has always been my top interior design play room. last time i decorated i was in my teens , and the room reflects just that. in 5 months am turning 21 and i feel that am maturing and growing out of my room. so that means its time for re-decorating, right now my room has two colors which are purple and pink. 2 pink walls and 2 purple walls facing each other, with pink and purple hearts everywhere. those of you which follow my youtube might be familiar with that background. if you don't follow my youtube u should which is berrysfashion101. anyhow moving on back to the topic, today walking through the DA drugstore, i rekindled my re-decorating passion i had wanted to redecorate my room for a year now. but now am taking the steps. i enjoy healthy eating and today was one of those days. there's nothing more relaxing then enjoying a healthy lunch while searching redecorating ideas and blogging.
